As early as you can. December weekends and even weeknights fill up fast across the city and suburbs. Booking a month or more ahead gives you the best choice of styles.

Can you deliver to an office building in the Loop or River North?

Yes. Most downtown buildings need a freight elevator reservation and a set loading dock time. Share your property manager's rules and we'll plan delivery around them.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance for building management?

Not yet. We don't issue certificates of insurance today, though we plan to as we grow. If your building requires one from outside vendors, check before you book and tell us on your planning call.

Can we get an itemized quote for finance approval?

Yes. Every quote lists chairs, delivery and setup as separate lines, so it's easy to send through an approval process.

What chairs work best for a company holiday party?

It depends on the format. Stackable shell or infinity chairs suit a mixer or cocktail hour, while velvet or Louis medallion chairs dress up a seated dinner.
