Planning notes
Chicago's benefit season runs nearly year-round, with spring luncheons, summer garden parties on the North Shore, fall galas downtown and winter holiday benefits. Committees work hard on décor, and the chairs set the tone the moment guests walk in.
Galas are logistics-heavy. There's a program, a paddle raise, maybe a live auction and a band, and the room often has to be set the same afternoon. Chairs that look upscale but stack well save the setup crew precious time.
We're new and building our 2027 season, so we'll be upfront: we can't list past galas. We can give your committee an itemized quote, work through your venue's dock rules, and plan carefully with your event chair or producer.

Can we rent upscale chairs for a gala in downtown Chicago?
Yes, we deliver across Chicago and the suburbs. Many downtown venues set dock times and require a vendor certificate of insurance, which we can't issue yet, so share your venue's rules early.
How many guests fit at a gala table?
A 72-inch round typically seats 10 comfortably and 12 snugly. A 60-inch round seats 8 to 10. Your venue's layout and service needs may change the count.
Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
We don't have a set nonprofit program yet. Ask on your planning call and we'll be clear about what we can do within our estimated per-chair ranges.
Can we mix chair styles across the room?
Yes. A common approach is upgraded chairs at head and sponsor tables with a coordinating guest chair elsewhere. We'll help you choose a pairing that looks intentional.
Do you deliver to tented galas on the North Shore?
Yes. For tents, check that the floor is level, and confirm timing with your tent company so chairs arrive after the floor and lighting are in.
How far ahead should a gala committee book chairs?
Once your venue and date are confirmed, reach out. Popular spring and fall dates in Chicago fill quickly, and earlier booking gives you the widest choice.
