What should I rent for a winter event in Chicago?
Plan for indoor venues or tents with sidewalls and heaters, floor protection for wet or salted boots, and padded or upholstered chairs that feel warmer. Allow extra delivery time when snow is in the forecast.
What happens if it rains on my outdoor event?
Book a tent or an indoor backup at the same time as your chairs. Resin and metal chairs handle rain; wood and upholstered chairs need cover. Your quote can include a tent so the plan B is already priced.
