Stackable styles make big setups and teardowns faster. Request a quote with your date and headcount, and we'll work with your school's purchasing process.

Planning notes
School events run on schedules and budgets. A spring sports banquet in a gym, a PTO auction in a cafeteria, a prom in a hotel ballroom or a commencement on the football field each need lots of chairs, set up quickly and taken down after.
Outdoor commencements in late May and June bring their own challenges: hundreds of chairs on turf, early setup, and a backup plan if storms roll through. We'll talk through timing with your facilities team and plan the drop-off around their schedule.
Schools and districts usually need paperwork. Your quote itemizes chairs, delivery and setup so it's easy to send through purchasing. Some districts also require a vendor certificate of insurance, which we can't issue yet, so check first.

Yes, we deliver across Chicago and the suburbs. Share your facilities team's schedule and we'll plan delivery and pickup around it.
Do you provide a COI for schools?
Not yet. We don't issue certificates of insurance today. If your school or district requires one from every vendor, check before you book so there are no surprises.
What chairs work best for prom?
Gold infinity chairs and ghost chairs both change the feel of a gym or ballroom. We'll help you pick based on the theme.
Can chairs be set up on a football field or turf?
Yes, outdoor-friendly chairs work on turf. Check with your facilities team about any field protection rules.
How do we get approval through district purchasing?
We provide an itemized quote with chairs, delivery and setup listed separately. Let us know what forms your district needs.
What's the most affordable option for large school events?
Our teak garden folding chair has an estimated range of about $5 to $7 per chair, and it stacks for easier delivery.
