Chosen for Chicago

A sturdy, warm wood chair that works in a brick loft, a church hall or a backyard, which makes it a reliable all-city choice.

Clear seats keep a high-rise view or a rooftop skyline as the focal point instead of the furniture.

Our most budget-friendly option, estimated at $5–7 per chair, and a step up from plastic for park and backyard gatherings.
Celebrating in Chicago
Chicago doesn't celebrate in one kind of room. A single summer Saturday might hold a rooftop rehearsal dinner in River North, a quinceañera in a Pilsen banquet hall, a church wedding in Hyde Park and a backyard graduation party behind a Lakeview two-flat. Each of those asks something different of the chairs and of the people delivering them, which is why we plan every order around the actual building, block and loading situation rather than a generic drop-off window.
The city also has its own rhythm. Lakefront wind can flip a lightweight chair on a June afternoon, winter pushes events indoors and into tighter freight schedules, and a lot of the best spaces are up three flights of stairs or behind an alley with a single loading spot. We're a new company based in St. Charles, and our first deliveries are planned for 2027, so we're building our Chicago routes now with those realities in mind instead of learning them on your event day.
Beyond the city limits, we also serve the suburbs that ring it: Evanston, Oak Park and Skokie close in, the North Shore along the lake, and the western suburbs out to Naperville and the Fox Valley where we're based. Use the neighborhood pages below to see what we've thought through for your part of town, then request a quote or book a short call and we'll talk through headcount, style and timing.
Common in the West Loop, the Loop and River North, often with freight elevators and strict load-in windows.
From South Side congregations to North Side parishes, many host ceremonies, receptions and community gatherings in their own halls.
Two-flats and bungalows often mean carrying chairs down a gangway or in from the alley, so we plan for compact loads.
Chicago Park District spaces have their own permit and setup rules, so check with the district before booking rentals.
Delivery notes
Every Chicago venue is a little different. These are the things we ask about on a planning call so chairs are placed and ready before your first guest walks in.
Tell us whether your venue has a loading dock, alley access or only street parking. In much of the city that one detail shapes our delivery plan more than anything else.
High-rise and commercial buildings frequently require a certificate of insurance and a reserved freight elevator slot. Ask your building manager early and send us their requirements with your quote request.
Outdoor events near the lake can get gusty even on warm days. We'll steer you toward heavier chair styles for exposed patios, rooftops and beachfront spots.
Winter events are very doable, but snow, salted sidewalks and short daylight hours affect load-in. Build in a little extra setup time from November through March.

Yes, we plan high-rise deliveries around freight elevator reservations and loading dock times. Most buildings also ask vendors for a certificate of insurance. We can't issue one ourselves yet, so check your building's rules first and tell us about them when you request a quote.
For weekend dates between May and October, earlier is better, since that's when the city's event calendar is busiest. We're taking requests for 2027 now, and booking a short call is the easiest way to hold your date.
