Chosen for Lakeview
Three chairs that suit Lakeview
A fun, colorful option for birthdays and rooftops that feels more stylish than standard folding chairs.
A sturdier pick for windy rooftop decks and grassy yards that still looks polished in photos.
Celebrating in Lakeview
Lakeview is a neighborhood of two-flats, three-flats and greystones, many with a small backyard and a garage off the alley. That layout makes for great summer parties, from milestone birthdays to graduation open houses, but it also means chairs arrive through the garage or a side gangway rather than a front door.
Timing matters here in a way it doesn't elsewhere. On Cubs home game days the streets around Wrigley Field fill quickly and some get restricted, so a delivery window that's easy on a Tuesday can turn tricky on a Saturday afternoon in July. We'll check the schedule against your date and plan arrival times that avoid the worst of it.
Lakeview also runs along the lakefront, and rooftop decks catch every gust coming off the water. For those spaces we'll suggest heavier frames and help you think about how many chairs fit comfortably on a deck before anyone has to squeeze past the grill. Everything is itemized in your quote.

Delivery notes
Know before we arrive
Every Lakeview venue is a little different. These are the things we ask about on a planning call so chairs are placed and ready before your first guest walks in.
- 01
Check the Cubs schedule for your date. Game days around Wrigley Field mean heavy traffic and parking restrictions, so we'll plan delivery around them.
- 02
If your yard is behind a garage, let us know whether we can stage in the garage or need to carry through a side gate.
- 03
Rooftop decks are often tight. Measure the usable area so we can suggest a chair count that leaves room to move.
- 04
Shared yards in multi-unit buildings may need a heads-up to neighbors. Let them know when chairs will arrive and be picked up.

Questions
Renting chairs in Lakeview
Where can I rent party chairs in Lakeview?
We deliver party chairs to Lakeview homes, rooftops and halls, and we handle setup and pickup. Request a quote with your address and access details, and we'll plan around alley, gangway or stair access.
Will a Cubs game affect my chair delivery in Lakeview?
It can. Streets near Wrigley Field get crowded and some parking is restricted on game days, so we check the schedule and plan our arrival window to avoid peak traffic.
How many chairs fit on a Chicago rooftop deck?
It depends on the deck's size and layout, plus any built-in seating or a grill. Measure the open area and we'll help you land on a comfortable number during a planning call.
Can you deliver to the alley behind my building?
Yes, alley delivery is common in Lakeview and often the easiest route into a backyard. Let us know if there's a garage or gate we should use.
What are affordable chair options for a birthday party?
Our teak garden folding chair is the most budget-friendly, estimated at $5–7 per chair. The mid-century shell chair is a step up if you want something with more personality.
