Celebrating in Orland Park
Orland Park is a major southwest suburb with busy shopping corridors along LaGrange Road, large subdivisions and plenty of green space, including nearby forest preserves. Families here celebrate often and big, from first communions and confirmations to graduation parties and milestone birthdays.
Banquet halls and event venues in the area host many weddings and family celebrations, while large backyards in newer neighborhoods suit tented parties. Church halls and community centers round out the options for receptions and religious events.
We'll talk through your venue and guest count on a planning call, and send a quote that itemizes chairs, delivery and setup. For banquet halls, we'll coordinate with the venue's load-in schedule.

Questions
Renting chairs in Orland Park
Where can I rent event chairs in Orland Park?
Yes, Orland Park is in our delivery area, though it's a longer drive from St. Charles than the Fox Valley. Banquet receptions, communions and backyard parties all fit our lineup. Send your venue, date and guest count to begin.
Can you deliver chairs to a banquet hall in Orland Park?
Yes, if the hall allows outside rentals. Many halls have rules on delivery times and vendor insurance, so check with them first. We'll coordinate the drop-off and pickup with their schedule.
Do I need a permit for a backyard tent in Orland Park?
Larger tents may require a permit from the Village of Orland Park, and your HOA may have rules too. Ask the village building division and your HOA before the tent is booked, since either can limit size or placement.
Can I rent chairs for a picnic at a forest preserve?
The Forest Preserves of Cook County issue permits for group picnics and set rules on outside equipment. Sort out the permit first, since some groves restrict vehicles and added equipment.
What chairs work for a first communion party?
Many families choose white or gold chairs for a communion celebration, like Louis medallion or gold infinity chairs. Garden folding chairs work well for a backyard party. White or ivory finishes photograph well next to a communion dress.
