Planning notes
Corporate events in Chicago happen in a lot of different rooms: a River North showroom after hours, a Loop office floor cleared for an all-hands, a suburban campus courtyard in Oak Brook or Schaumburg. The chairs need to suit the brand and still be easy to move in and out on a tight schedule.
Office buildings come with rules. Freight elevator reservations, loading dock times and vendor certificates of insurance are routine downtown. We can't issue certificates yet, so we'd rather sort out what your building needs on the first call than on event day. Tell us the building and we'll ask the right questions.
As a new company, we can't point you to a client list, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we can do is plan carefully, give you an itemized quote you can send to finance, and keep the setup quiet and on time.

Questions
Yes. Most Loop and River North buildings require freight elevator reservations and a set loading dock time. Share your property manager's rules and we'll plan delivery around them.
Not yet. We don't issue certificates of insurance today, though we plan to as we grow. If your building or venue requires one, check before you book and tell us on your planning call.
A common rule of thumb is about 6-8 square feet per guest for theater rows and 10-12 for banquet seating. Your venue's posted capacity and fire code always come first, so check with them.
Stackable chairs like the shell and infinity make flips easier. Tell us your run of show and we'll talk through what's realistic for the time you have.
Yes, we plan deliveries across the Chicago suburbs, including corporate campuses in DuPage County and the northwest suburbs. Delivery and setup are itemized in each quote.
Start with our chair pages for photos and finishes, then book a planning call. We'll help you narrow it down to what suits your room and brand.
