As soon as your venue and date are confirmed. Clubhouses, hotels and banquet halls fill up for New Year's Eve well ahead of the date.

Yes, we plan winter deliveries with extra time. Clear paths and available parking help us get chairs in safely and on time.

Can you deliver to a Christmas party in an office or high-rise?
Yes. Most downtown and high-rise buildings require freight elevator reservations and sometimes a COI, which we can't issue yet, so check with your building first.
Will the chairs be clean and dry when they arrive in winter?
We protect chairs during winter transport and wipe them down before setup, and we take care with floors when carrying chairs in from snowy sidewalks.
