Celebrating in Olympia Fields

What Olympia Fields venues usually need

Olympia Fields is a small, green village in the south suburbs best known for golf, and its spacious lots and wooded streets reflect that. Vollmer Road is a main corridor, the Metra Electric line stops here, and nearby Governors State University and Olympia Fields Country Club give the area a quiet, campus-and-fairway feel. The mix of golf course frontage and quiet cul-de-sacs gives the village a manicured look that hosts often want to match in their tables and seating.

For estate backyard weddings and graduation open houses, plan a tent or canopy, tables and chairs, linens, string lights and, after dark in spring or fall, patio heaters.

For country club events, plan only what the venue does not include: often chairs, linens, chargers, lounge pieces or a dance floor.

For campus and community gatherings, plan linens, upgraded chairs and uplighting, which change a plain hall more than anything else.

FAQ

Party rentals in Olympia Fields: questions

Where can I rent party equipment in Olympia Fields?

Build a quote on Beyond Chiavari with everything you need, from tents and tables to linens and bounce houses. We confirm availability with Chicago-area rental partners that deliver to Olympia Fields, IL, then send one itemized proposal with delivery and setup included.

How much do party rentals cost in Olympia Fields?

It depends on the items. Tables start at $3.30, linens at $0.83 and tents at $1.10 per item through Beyond Chiavari. Delivery, usually $150 to $400 per order, setup, a damage waiver and tax are added on the quote.

Can I get tents, tables and chairs on one order in Olympia Fields?

Yes. Add every category to one quote and we coordinate the partners, so you get one proposal, one delivery window and one contact for your Olympia Fields event.

Do I need a permit for a wedding tent in Olympia Fields?

Large tents can require approval from the Village of Olympia Fields. Contact the village before booking, and ask your tent provider who files. We design the seating layout to fit the approved size. Requirements can change by tent size, location and season, so get the answer in writing from the village or city before you pay a deposit.

How far ahead should I book?

For spring and summer events, three to four months ahead is wise. Graduation parties can be booked closer in, but earlier is easier. You can adjust final counts later. Earlier is always easier, and shorter notice is still worth asking about.
