Celebrating in Riverwoods
Where Riverwoods hosts use linens
Heavy tree cover, ravines and floodplain land near the river affect tent placement, and steep or winding driveways can complicate truck access. After heavy rain, low areas near the river can stay saturated. Tell us about your site and share photos, and we will help you plan the layout, chairs and delivery path. A few photos and an exact address are all we need to start, and we are happy to talk through the details of your Riverwoods space by phone.
Wooded estate lawns
Large lots with mature trees suit tented weddings and bar or bat mitzvah receptions. Choose level spots away from ravines.
Linens here: Floor-length linens hide folding tables but catch wind outdoors. Use clips or a lap-length cloth for breezy lawns.

Linens here: Venues often include white house linens. Renting colored or textured linens is the cheapest way to change the room.

Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
