Celebrating in Bannockburn
Where Bannockburn hosts use linens
Mature trees, ravines and sloped lots shape where you can place chairs and tents, and roads like Waukegan and Half Day are busy at commuting hours. Because neighborhoods are tight and wooded, we like to see a few photos of your site before finalizing a plan. Share your address and guest count and we will tailor the seating. A few photos and an exact address are all we need to start, and we are happy to talk through the details of your Bannockburn space by phone.
Wooded private estates
Large lots with mature trees are beautiful but need level, clear space for tents and rows of chairs.

Office campus events
Holiday parties and client dinners may need delivery to lobbies or atriums with set loading windows.
Linens here: Venues often include white house linens. Renting colored or textured linens is the cheapest way to change the room.

How to plan
Getting linen rentals right
- 01
Match each table
Floor-length cloths look formal; lap-length cloths are cheaper and fine for casual events.
- 02
One napkin per guest
Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
