Celebrating in Inverness
Where Inverness hosts use linens
We plan for those details. Tell us about your lawn, drive and gate, where the tent will go and what time the caterer arrives. We will recommend chairs and tables that suit the property, and your quote will list delivery and setup so nothing is a surprise. Because the village has few commercial venues, nearly everything happens at home, which means you control the schedule and the guest list. We help you shape the layout, from a ceremony in front of mature trees to a reception on the terrace, and your quote shows each piece of the plan.
Estate lawn tent weddings
Large lawns offer room, but check drainage, utilities and tent staking before you book.

Nearby clubs and event spaces
Many hosts combine a private ceremony with a nearby venue. Share both addresses so we can plan routes.

- Rural-style roads can be dark and winding. Tell us your address and gate code so crews arrive smoothly.
How to plan
Getting linen rentals right
- 01
Match each table
Floor-length cloths look formal; lap-length cloths are cheaper and fine for casual events.
- 02
One napkin per guest
Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
