Celebrating in Hoffman Estates
Where Hoffman Estates hosts use linens
We help hosts balance guest count, layout and timing. Tell us about your ceremony, your reception and who is handling catering and decor, and we will propose seating and tables that fit your plan with each item shown in your quote. Because many Hoffman Estates homes have decks and walkout lots, ground levels can vary, and we ask for photos so we can plan chairs and tables safely on uneven yards. Delivery windows are planned around decorators, caterers and photographers.

How to plan
Getting linen rentals right
- 01
Match each table
Floor-length cloths look formal; lap-length cloths are cheaper and fine for casual events.
- 02
One napkin per guest
Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
