Celebrating in Lake Barrington
Where Lake Barrington hosts use linens
River-adjacent land can stay damp, and ravines and sloped lots shape where chairs and tents can go. Fox River breezes can pick up in the afternoon, and summer evenings bring bugs near the water. Tell us your site and guest count, and we will help plan chairs, tables and a delivery route that fits. A few photos and an exact address are all we need to start, and we are happy to talk through the details of your Lake Barrington space by phone.
Fox River properties
River views are beautiful, but land near the water can be soft. Choose higher, level ground for seating and tents.
Linens here: Picnic tables need fitted or lap-length cloths; floor-length linens drag on the ground and stain on grass.
Wooded subdivision yards
Mature trees limit tent placement. Photograph your flat areas so we can plan around them.
Linens here: Floor-length linens hide folding tables but catch wind outdoors. Use clips or a lap-length cloth for breezy lawns.
Graduation open houses
Backyard tents are the norm. Reserve early for late May and June.

How to plan
Getting linen rentals right
- 01
Match each table
Floor-length cloths look formal; lap-length cloths are cheaper and fine for casual events.
- 02
One napkin per guest
Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
