Celebrating in Wauconda
Where Wauconda hosts use linens
Lake lots are often narrow and sloped, and some streets are tight for large trucks. Wind off the water, soft spring ground and limited parking add to the planning. Share your address, guest count and a few photos, and we will help you choose chairs, tables and a delivery window that suits the site. A few photos and an exact address are all we need to start, and we are happy to talk through the details of your Wauconda space by phone.
Lake houses and docks
Sloped lots and steps to the water make carry distance important. Lightweight chairs are easier to place.
Linens here: Floor-length linens hide folding tables but catch wind outdoors. Use clips or a lap-length cloth for breezy lawns.
Graduation open houses
Backyard tents are the standard. Reserve early for late May and June.

Church and banquet halls
Communions, anniversaries and receptions often use halls. Ask what seating is available.
Linens here: Hall tables are usually plain plastic, so full floor-length linens make the biggest difference in this kind of room.
Lakewood Forest Preserve area
Forest preserve sites require permits and follow district rules. Contact Lake County Forest Preserves first.
Linens here: Picnic tables need fitted or lap-length cloths; floor-length linens drag on the ground and stain on grass.
Delivery notes for Wauconda

How to plan
Getting linen rentals right
- 01
Match each table
Floor-length cloths look formal; lap-length cloths are cheaper and fine for casual events.
- 02
One napkin per guest
Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
