Celebrating in Glencoe
Where Glencoe hosts use concessions
Glencoe is a small village with a big sense of place. Lake Michigan forms its eastern edge, the Chicago Botanic Garden sits on its western side along the Skokie Lagoons, and in between are wooded ravines, winding streets and the Frank Lloyd Wright houses of the Ravine Bluffs neighborhood. Celebrations here tend to be intimate, design-minded and tied closely to the outdoors.
Lakefront and park district sites
Glencoe’s beaches and parks are lovely for ceremonies, but access, hours and tent rules are set by the Glencoe Park District, so ask early.
Concessions here: Parks without power need a generator for concession machines, and some do not allow food stands without approval.
Ravine and garden backyards
Sloped lawns and mature trees make beautiful settings. Ask us about leveling options for tables and where chairs can safely sit.
Concessions here: Concession machines need a level table and an outlet; popcorn and cotton candy machines each use a standard circuit, so avoid sharing it with a bounce house blower.

Downtown and community spaces
Smaller receptions, showers and fundraisers around the village center are easy for guests who arrive by train.
