Celebrating in Northfield
Where Northfield hosts use linens
We plan for both. For a home event, we look at your yard, your drive and your guest count. For a company event, we ask about floor plan, timing and load-in rules and produce an itemized quote that your facilities team can review quickly. If your event spans a home and a nearby venue, tell us both addresses and we will coordinate delivery between them.
Backyard family parties
Quiet residential blocks suit graduation parties and holiday dinners. Check access and tent room first.
Linens here: Floor-length linens hide folding tables but catch wind outdoors. Use clips or a lap-length cloth for breezy lawns.
Office park and conference events
Corporate events often have load-in windows and building rules. Ask your property manager for the details.
Linens here: Picnic tables need fitted or lap-length cloths; floor-length linens drag on the ground and stain on grass.

How to plan
Getting linen rentals right
- 01
Match each table
Floor-length cloths look formal; lap-length cloths are cheaper and fine for casual events.
- 02
One napkin per guest
Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
