Celebrating in Naperville
Where Naperville hosts use linens
Those multi-event weekends are where planning matters most. We'll talk through each event on a call, from a 40-person puja in the living room to a backyard sangeet with a dance floor, and put together a quote that itemizes chairs, delivery and setup for each day.
Large backyards
Many Naperville homes have room for a tent and a full dinner. Check HOA rules on tents and parking before you plan.
Linens here: Floor-length linens hide folding tables but catch wind outdoors. Use clips or a lap-length cloth for breezy lawns.
South Asian celebrations at home
Mehndi, sangeet and puja events often happen in a backyard or basement. Mixed seating heights help keep the flow comfortable.
Linens here: Floor-length linens hide folding tables but catch wind outdoors. Use clips or a lap-length cloth for breezy lawns.
Banquet halls and hotels
Reception venues along I-88 and Route 59 host larger events. Ask about outside rentals and loading docks.
Linens here: Hall tables are usually plain plastic, so full floor-length linens make the biggest difference in this kind of room.
Riverwalk-area showers and luncheons
Downtown restaurants and event rooms near the Riverwalk suit smaller daytime events with dining chairs.
Linens here: Picnic tables need fitted or lap-length cloths; floor-length linens drag on the ground and stain on grass.
Delivery notes for Naperville
- Downtown Naperville parking is tight on weekends. Ask your venue about loading zones or rear access.
- Backyard tents need level ground for rows. Point out slopes and sprinkler heads so we can plan the layout.
How to plan
Getting linen rentals right
- 01
Match each table
Floor-length cloths look formal; lap-length cloths are cheaper and fine for casual events.
- 02
One napkin per guest
Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
