Celebrating in McCook
Where McCook hosts use linens
If your event is technically in McCook or just over the line in a neighboring town, tell us the exact address so we can plan the right route. Because the corridor carries heavy truck and rail traffic, we build extra time into deliveries here, and we confirm with any industrial site or business park about load-in rules if your celebration is tied to a workplace gathering rather than a home address. Whichever neighboring village your event actually lands in, the same quote process applies: send your date, headcount and address, and we will itemize chairs, tables, delivery and setup so nothing is a surprise.

How to plan
Getting linen rentals right
- 01
Match each table
Floor-length cloths look formal; lap-length cloths are cheaper and fine for casual events.
- 02
One napkin per guest
Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
