Celebrating in Frankfort
Where Frankfort hosts use linens
The challenge is often the site itself. Long gravel or paved drives, gated entries and hilly lawns make planning the carry important, and downtown events mean tight loading zones near busy storefronts. We ask for photos and measurements so crews arrive prepared, and we suggest weekday or early morning setups for downtown spots. A few photos of the entrance, the drive and the intended event space are the best way to avoid surprises on delivery day.
Private estate weddings
Big properties host ceremonies and dinners. Confirm gates, drive width and any slope.
Linens here: Floor-length linens hide folding tables but catch wind outdoors. Use clips or a lap-length cloth for breezy lawns.
Downtown restaurant rooms
Small downtown rooms host showers and rehearsal dinners, with limited loading near Kansas Street.
Linens here: Venues often include white house linens. Renting colored or textured linens is the cheapest way to change the room.
Backyard graduations
Large lots allow tents and buffets. Share your yard layout and the firmest ground.

Park and trail gatherings
Public parks and trail-adjacent areas host picnics and community events. Check reservations and access.
Linens here: Picnic tables need fitted or lap-length cloths; floor-length linens drag on the ground and stain on grass.
Delivery notes for Frankfort
- Hilly or soft lawns can complicate ceremony rows. Ask about tent flooring and stable chair styles.
- Rural roads can be narrow for large trucks. Tell us about turns, bridges and clearance.
How to plan
Getting linen rentals right
- 01
Match each table
Floor-length cloths look formal; lap-length cloths are cheaper and fine for casual events.
- 02
One napkin per guest
Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
