Celebrating in New Lenox
Where New Lenox hosts use linens
Delivery planning is mainly about the lot. Newer subdivisions have grading and drainage that can hold water, and farmland edges bring wind. Route 30 and Cedar Road can back up at peak hours, so we suggest late morning drop-offs and a note about gates and driveways ahead of time. Photos of your yard slope, driveway and gates are the fastest way to get an accurate setup quote.
Backyard graduations and cookouts
Generous suburban lots host tents and buffet lines. Share your lot layout and gate width.
Linens here: Floor-length linens hide folding tables but catch wind outdoors. Use clips or a lap-length cloth for breezy lawns.
Village commons and park events
Public spaces host festivals and community parties. Check reservations and vehicle access.
Linens here: Picnic tables need fitted or lap-length cloths; floor-length linens drag on the ground and stain on grass.
Church and banquet halls
Communions and anniversaries use halls with a set load-in door and time.
Linens here: Hall tables are usually plain plastic, so full floor-length linens make the biggest difference in this kind of room.
Preserve and trail gatherings
Hickory Creek Preserve and the Old Plank Road Trail suit casual outings. Confirm permits with the Forest Preserve District of Will County.

Delivery notes for New Lenox
- Open farmland edges mean wind. Ask about weighted chairs and secured decor for outdoor ceremonies.
- Share gate widths and driveway length so the crew can plan the carry.
How to plan

One napkin per guest
Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
