Celebrating in Orland Park
Where Orland Park hosts use linens
We'll talk through your venue and guest count on a planning call, and send a quote that itemizes chairs, delivery and setup. For banquet halls, we'll coordinate with the venue's load-in schedule.
Banquet halls
Many halls host back-to-back events. Confirm load-in and load-out windows and outside rental rules.
Linens here: Hall tables are usually plain plastic, so full floor-length linens make the biggest difference in this kind of room.
Backyards in newer subdivisions
Large, flat lots suit tents and long tables. Check HOA rules on parking and tents.
Linens here: Floor-length linens hide folding tables but catch wind outdoors. Use clips or a lap-length cloth for breezy lawns.
Church halls
First communions, confirmations and receptions often happen here, usually on tight Saturday and Sunday schedules.

Forest preserve areas
Nearby preserves are popular for picnics and photos. Permits and rules come from the Forest Preserves of Cook County.
Linens here: Picnic tables need fitted or lap-length cloths; floor-length linens drag on the ground and stain on grass.

How to plan
Getting linen rentals right
- 01
Match each table
Floor-length cloths look formal; lap-length cloths are cheaper and fine for casual events.
- 02
One napkin per guest
Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
