Celebrating in Sauk Village
Where Sauk Village hosts use linens
Delivery is a short run from vendors serving the south suburbs. Sauk Trail Road and Torrence Avenue carry most traffic. We confirm the delivery window with you and itemize delivery in your quote, so you know what you are paying for before you commit. Please share any gate widths and driveway slope when you request a quote, so the crew can carry chairs and tables in without trouble on the day of the party.
Backyard parties
Generous lots make graduation parties and cookouts easy to host with tents and long tables.
Linens here: Floor-length linens hide folding tables but catch wind outdoors. Use clips or a lap-length cloth for breezy lawns.
Church halls
Receptions and anniversary dinners happen in halls where seating varies, so confirm what is already on site.
Linens here: Hall tables are usually plain plastic, so full floor-length linens make the biggest difference in this kind of room.
Forest preserve shelters
Nearby Cook County forest preserves rent shelters for reunions. Check with the preserve district about permits and vehicles.
Linens here: Picnic tables need fitted or lap-length cloths; floor-length linens drag on the ground and stain on grass.

How to plan
Getting linen rentals right
- 01
Match each table
Floor-length cloths look formal; lap-length cloths are cheaper and fine for casual events.
- 02
One napkin per guest
Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
