Celebrating in Sandwich
Where Sandwich hosts use linens
Delivery logistics reflect the rural setting. Gravel drives, field parking and limited staging are common, and Route 34 and Route 23 handle the through traffic. Sandwich is at the far edge of our standard delivery area, so we match you with the closest vendor and itemize delivery in your quote so there are no surprises. We confirm the window with you a few days ahead so the crew arrives when someone is there to meet them.
Fair-season gatherings
September's Sandwich Fair draws crowds and affects road access, so plan around it for nearby events.
Linens here: Venues often include white house linens. Renting colored or textured linens is the cheapest way to change the room.
Farm and barn weddings
Barns and farm lots outside town host weddings with gravel drives and uneven ground.
Linens here: Many barn tables look best bare with a runner. Rent napkins and runners and skip full cloths to save money.
Church and community halls
Small-town halls host showers, receptions and fundraisers with a wide range of guest counts.
Linens here: Hall tables are usually plain plastic, so full floor-length linens make the biggest difference in this kind of room.
Backyard family parties
Large lots make graduation and reunion parties easy to hold at home with tents and long tables.
Linens here: Floor-length linens hide folding tables but catch wind outdoors. Use clips or a lap-length cloth for breezy lawns.
Delivery notes for Sandwich
- Fair week brings extra traffic around the fairgrounds. Confirm delivery windows early if your event falls near it.

How to plan
Getting linen rentals right
- 01
Match each table
Floor-length cloths look formal; lap-length cloths are cheaper and fine for casual events.
- 02
One napkin per guest
Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
