Celebrating in Burr Ridge
Where Burr Ridge hosts use linens
Large properties mean more freedom but more logistics: long driveways, gates, slopes and sprinkler zones. Lawns can be uneven on the hills and soft in spring. We help you plan chair and table layouts that suit a formal event, coordinate delivery windows with your tent and catering teams, and keep the details clear in one itemized quote. A walk-through or photo set of the property helps us settle the layout, access and delivery plan.
Estate tent weddings
Big lots fit a ceremony, a tented dinner and a dance floor. Plan power, lighting and catering access early.
Linens here: Floor-length linens hide folding tables but catch wind outdoors. Use clips or a lap-length cloth for breezy lawns.
Graduation and milestone parties
Large extended families can top 150 guests. Size tables and chairs for seated service and mingling.
Linens here: Venues often include white house linens. Renting colored or textured linens is the cheapest way to change the room.
Charity and club gatherings
Fundraisers and club events often need polished, matching seating and tidy setups.

How to plan
Getting linen rentals right

One napkin per guest
Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
