FAQ

Glassware rental cost: questions

How much does it cost to rent glassware in Chicago?

Glassware rentals in Chicago cost $0.55 to $8.80 per item through Beyond Chiavari, and half of our 182 options cost between $1.43 and $3.30. Delivery, usually $150 to $400 per order, setup, a damage waiver of about 10% and sales tax are added, so delivered orders often run 35 to 60% above the rental total.

What is the cheapest glassware rental?

Traditional Champagne Glass 4 1/2 oz at $0.55 each. Remember that delivery is priced per order, so very small orders cost more per item once delivery is added.

Do rental prices include delivery and setup?

No. The prices shown are the rental for one event day: the partner's rate plus our 10% fee. Delivery and pickup, setup, a damage waiver and sales tax are itemized on your free quote before you pay anything.

How can I save on glassware rentals?

Use one all-purpose wine glass. Skip flutes and toast with what guests hold. Ask whether the bartender brings glassware. Combining categories on one order also saves, because one delivery covers everything.
