Celebrating in West Dundee
Where West Dundee hosts use linens
Holiday gatherings and summer river outings make for a long season. Heavy traffic along Randall Road and Route 72 can slow trucks, especially on weekends. Check with the Village of West Dundee about tents, downtown events and any street approvals, and share photos of your site when you request a quote so the vendor can plan correctly.
Historic downtown
Main Street spaces host showers, receptions and fundraisers, with limited parking and loading.
Linens here: Venues often include white house linens. Renting colored or textured linens is the cheapest way to change the room.
Riverfront and trail
Fox River-side lawns suit ceremonies and photo backdrops; confirm reservations with the village.
Linens here: Picnic tables need fitted or lap-length cloths; floor-length linens drag on the ground and stain on grass.
Subdivision backyards
Larger western lots take tents for graduations, anniversaries and holiday gatherings.
Linens here: Floor-length linens hide folding tables but catch wind outdoors. Use clips or a lap-length cloth for breezy lawns.
Banquet rooms
Event rooms along Route 72 and Randall Road host larger weddings, often needing chair coordination.

Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
