Celebrating in Rolling Meadows
Where Rolling Meadows hosts use linens
We tailor our plans to each. For homes we ask about yard size, access and rain plans. For offices we ask about floor plan, building rules and timing. In both cases you get an itemized quote that is easy to review and share. Office and courthouse areas often have strict building rules, so we are comfortable with load-in rules and building managers who want to know exactly what is coming.
Backyard family parties
Medium lots suit graduations and birthdays. Share yard dimensions for layout.
Linens here: Floor-length linens hide folding tables but catch wind outdoors. Use clips or a lap-length cloth for breezy lawns.
Office and corporate events
Ask your property manager about dock access, elevators and load-in times.
Linens here: Venues often include white house linens. Renting colored or textured linens is the cheapest way to change the room.
Park district pavilions
The Rolling Meadows Park District sets reservation and equipment rules.
Linens here: Picnic tables need fitted or lap-length cloths; floor-length linens drag on the ground and stain on grass.
Salt Creek and park picnics
Public parks may limit vehicles and equipment. Ask before planning a rental setup.

Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
