Celebrating in Riverside
Where Riverside hosts use linens
Gatherings here include garden weddings, graduation parties, porch dinners and neighborhood celebrations in village parks. Historic homes often have beautiful but sensitive grounds, so rentals that sit lightly on a lawn matter. We help you choose chairs and layouts that work with the landscape and confirm delivery access in advance. Because the landscape itself is the star, many hosts keep decor simple and choose neutral chairs that photograph cleanly against lawn, stone and mature trees.
Historic home gardens
Mature trees and older landscaping mean careful setup. Tell us where trucks can stop.

Riverside parks and commons
Public spaces need reservations through the village. Check with Riverside before you book.

Delivery notes for Riverside
- Older lawns can be sensitive to heavy carts. Ask about ground protection if you are placing tables on grass.
- Gas lamps, mature trees and low branches can affect tent and table placement. Mention them in your quote request.
How to plan

One napkin per guest
Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
