Celebrating in Buffalo Grove
Where Buffalo Grove hosts use linens
Because Buffalo Grove spans two counties, forest preserve or county rules can differ depending on the property. We keep that in mind while we plan. Tell us your address, guest count and timing, and we will give you an itemized quote. In spring and fall, tents on lawns need extra attention to wind and ground firmness, and we recommend leaving time on delivery day to level and stake properly.
Backyard tent parties
Common for mitzvahs, graduations and weddings. Confirm yard size and tent access.
Linens here: Floor-length linens hide folding tables but catch wind outdoors. Use clips or a lap-length cloth for breezy lawns.
Park district pavilions
Mike Rylko Community Park and other parks host gatherings. The Buffalo Grove Park District sets reservation rules.
Linens here: Picnic tables need fitted or lap-length cloths; floor-length linens drag on the ground and stain on grass.
Hotels and banquet rooms
Larger events use rooms along Lake Cook Road and Dundee Road. Ask what is included.
Linens here: Venues often include white house linens. Renting colored or textured linens is the cheapest way to change the room.
Cul-de-sac block parties
Plan street access and parking and let neighbors know in advance.

Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
