Celebrating in West Lawn
Where West Lawn hosts use linens
Lots are mostly standard Chicago bungalow size with rear alleys, so tables and canopies fit but not endlessly. We ask about gate width, ground conditions and hall rules, and we plan setups to be quick before guests arrive. Share your date and guest count for an itemized quote. Ask about extras like head table chairs and kids' seating, and we'll add them to a single itemized quote. We'll also flag any stairs or gates so the crew can plan how to carry.
Backyards and garages
Quinceañeras, baptisms and graduations at home, often with canopies.

How to plan
Getting linen rentals right

One napkin per guest
Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
