Celebrating in Bourbonnais
Where Bourbonnais hosts use linens
For delivery, Route 45 and I-57 carry most traffic, and Olivet weekends add congestion near campus. Bourbonnais is at the southern edge of our delivery area, so we confirm the vendor and drive time before quoting. We itemize delivery so you can see how the address affects your total. Tell us whether you are on a village street or a cul-de-sac and we will plan the truck's approach so setup is smooth and the crew is out of the way before guests arrive.
Graduation backyard parties
Olivet commencement weekends bring tents and chairs to yards across the village.
Linens here: Floor-length linens hide folding tables but catch wind outdoors. Use clips or a lap-length cloth for breezy lawns.
Perry Farm Park gatherings
The park's open lawn and farmstead setting suits small ceremonies. Check with the Bourbonnais Township Park District about reservations.
Linens here: Many barn tables look best bare with a runner. Rent napkins and runners and skip full cloths to save money.
Church and community halls
Receptions and showers in village halls vary in what seating is included.
Linens here: Hall tables are usually plain plastic, so full floor-length linens make the biggest difference in this kind of room.
River and state park picnics
Kankakee River State Park nearby hosts group outings. Check permits with the managing agency.
Linens here: Picnic tables need fitted or lap-length cloths; floor-length linens drag on the ground and stain on grass.
Delivery notes for Bourbonnais
- For park events, ask the park district where a truck can unload and how far chairs must be carried.
- Check with the Village of Bourbonnais about tent rules and street use, and share any requirements so setup matches what is approved.
How to plan
Getting linen rentals right
- 01
Match each table
Floor-length cloths look formal; lap-length cloths are cheaper and fine for casual events.
- 02
One napkin per guest
Add 5% spares, plus cocktail napkins if you are serving passed appetizers.
- 03
Don't forget service tables
Gift, cake, DJ and buffet tables need linens too; they show up in photos.
- 04
Accent layers
Runners, overlays and chair sashes add color without replacing every tablecloth.
