Rentals for an event at Dovetail Brewery

Dovetail hosts weddings and private events in its taproom, which comes furnished for a bar crowd, not a seated dinner. This guide covers what to rent for a brewery or distillery like this, sized for roughly 80-150 guests, what it typically costs, and what to ask the venue about delivery and setup.

What to plan for

What this kind of venue usually needs

  • Chairs
  • Cocktail and dinner tables
  • Linens
  • A small stage or dance floor
Typical capacity
roughly 80-150 guests. Confirm the current number with the venue - capacities change with layout and local rules.
Delivery & setup
Breweries and distilleries usually want deliveries to use a back or side entrance, not the taproom during business hours. Ask about their own delivery schedule for kegs and ingredients so your rentals don't arrive at the same time, and whether outside caterers and rental companies need to be on an approved list.
