Questions
Winter wonderland holiday party FAQs
How warm does a tent heater keep a tent?
A forced-air heater with all sidewalls down keeps a 20 by 40 tent comfortable down to about freezing. Bigger tents need more heaters.
Can I hold a tented party in a Chicago winter?
Yes, with sidewalls on every side and a forced-air tent heater. Plan for flooring or a gravel path if the ground is wet, and book early: heaters run out in December.
How early should I book a company holiday party?
Book rentals by October for December dates, especially Fridays and Saturdays.
Can I rent everything for a holiday party in one order?
Yes. Pick the rentals from this page or the planner and send one free quote. We book them with Chicago-area rental partners and list delivery, setup, a damage waiver and sales tax line by line before you pay anything.
