A very large event with 258 chairs is a logistics project. Expect multiple trucks, a larger setup crew, a hard load-in window and a floor plan the venue has approved in writing. Start the conversation with the venue and us several months ahead.

Ceremony chairs are lighter and cheaper than reception chairs because guests sit for a short time, and because they are often moved after. Stackable, outdoor-friendly styles win here.

A center aisle of about four feet looks right in photos and still lets two people walk side by side. Narrower aisles feel tight; wider ones push the rows apart.

If the ceremony is outdoors, decide the rain location before choosing chairs. Chairs that cannot get wet or sink into grass limit your options.
