For May to October weekends, reserve 2-4 months ahead; tents, specialty chairs and dance floors go first. For other dates, 2-4 weeks is usually enough. Your quote holds nothing until you approve it.
How many portable restrooms do I need for 100 guests?
Two standard units for a four-hour event, three if alcohol is served, plus a hand-wash station. A restroom trailer with 2-3 stalls covers about 100-150 guests.
What size generator do I need for a tent wedding?
Add up the watts of everything you will run (string lights, DJ, caterer's warmers, fans or heaters) and add 20%. Most 100-guest tents need about 7,000-10,000 watts; a vendor sizes it for you.
